About Me

Humble Pie is a neighborhood restaurant offering chef-driven American dishes at The Interlock on Atlanta’s Westside. From the team behind James Beard Nominated Lazy Betty and Juniper Cafe (just named a 2022 Best New Restaurant by bon appétit!), including Chefs Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips, the restaurant serves vegetable-forward menus using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from farms and producers like Diamond City Farms, Rock House Creamery, Spotted Trotter, DaySpring Farms and Fripper's.

Approachable lunch and dinner menus feature vegetable-forward share plates, creative wood-fired pizzas, a tight selection of entrees and artisanal pies and ice cream for dessert.

We proudly mill our own flour for housemade whole-wheat, sourdough pizza dough that’s made from a starter born in 2020, using grains from DaySpring Farms outside Athens, Georgia, and fermented for three days.

In order to alleviate pay disparity and provide a livable wage for the crew doing the hard work behind the scenes, we give all our hourly kitchen staff 3.14% of all sales.
